Cancellation Policy

Reservations: Our booking calendar opens 14 days in advance. To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment, we ask that you complete your booking with full payment. Payments are non-refundable. Details of our cancellation policies are provided below. Guests: Please DO NOT have extra guests or children to your virtual appointment. Underaged clients are permitted to bring a guardian or parent. ​ Rescheduling Policy: We understand life happens, however, we have to limit rescheduling appointments to a maximum of ONCE per appointment (only applicable for 24 hours in advance) Once you have reached your limit your appointment will be declined and your payment will be forfeited. ​ ​ Cancellation Policies and Fees: Your services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please log in to our booking site 24 hours in advance. Clients who miss( No Call No Show) their appointments without giving any prior notification will not be able to reschedule or book future appointments. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and we have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we lose your business and lose the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require payment to guarantee a reservation. Payments are non-refundable. ​ Lateness: If you are late past 5 mins of your scheduled appointment it will be canceled. No Shows will not be able to reschedule or book future appointments. ​ Our online booking system will not allow you to cancel your appointment on the same day. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking their appointment. Series of Treatments & Appointments: We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will however exchange them for other products or credit of equal value. ​ Payments and Gratuity: We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Personal checks, or Traveler’s checks. Check-in: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Intake & Consent forms must be completed before the start of your service. www.
